Adult Fiction Awards   Smoke Portrait by Trilby Kent. First place adult fiction. Trilby had a meeting with an agent at the Christopher Little Literary Agency who liked her opening chapters. Penguins in Amsterdam by Patricia J. DeLois. Third Place Adult Fiction. Patricia achieved success last year with her novel Bufflehead Sisters which YouWriteOn published. Her novel was named the number one book of the year by the leading newspaper in the author's state of Maine, with a population of over one million, in a list of 10 books recommended by newspaper readers, professional reviewers, book store owners, and librarians. Patricia gained an agent, and they are now in discussion with a famous publisher as a result for a two book deal which would include Bufflehead Sisters and Penguins in Amsterdam. View Author's Page

Children's Fiction Awards One of the children's fiction winners, whom we have notified, has had interest from one of our affiliated literary agencies and we will await the outcome. The agency represent a multi-million award winning writer in the UK. For all the winners we will continue to try our affiliated literary agents and we also offer the option for the winners of using our publishing service for free to build up success and interest as achieved with Bufflehead Sisters.
