Patricia Gilbey

What a good read. Very enjoyably tense in places. I thought you captured the bullying very nicely - not over done, not too heavy handed, just right.

I thought you fleshed out Pandora well, she was real and I wanted to know what happened to her.
That's what makes a good read, a character you feel for, in a situation fraught with tension. Who was her mother? Why is she being brought up so out of step with her age-group? Will she become a citizen or will she be disappeared?

I thought it might be made clearer sooner that the prolgue and Ch 1 were set in such different times? places? It wasn't until TV was mentioned that I tumbled to this fact. I know, I know I'm nit-picking but it troubled me. Twelve years later. Where? When?

I liked the idea of a TV governed society. An extrapolation of present society?”

Synopsis
Pandora searches for the truth about her real identity in a near future world dominated by reality television.
