To All Members
The expanded Top 30 will be coming in within the next couple of weeks so that browsers will be able to see a lot more books, and members will be able to see more of the chart positions.
Two changes:
1) The 7 day reading credit rule for the Top Ten - e.g. that you must gain one reading credit per seven days once in the Top Ten - will be automated. This was introduced in the Top Ten to ensure fairness so that members each continue to get a representative amount of reviews. This means, for Top Ten members, attaching a fresh credit to their chapters every seven days. Applying this rule in programming means that members must also have gained a Reading Credit in the last 7 days before their chapters will enter the Top Ten. So if you are well rated ensure you attach a credit every seven days. This means a
new credit.
2) Now that top agencies consider highly rated chapters, there is no exclusion period each month if a highly rated author gained a critique and wishes to upload chapters from a different book the next month. This reflects real world publishing where agents will consider chapters as and when submitted.
We hope you'll like how the new charts will appear and welcome your feedback then.
