Best Selling Publisher Takes Interest in YouWriteOn.com Chart Member

We are delighted to announce that a YouWriteOn childrens book writer informs us they have been contacted by Walker Books after they saw her opening chapters in the YouWriteOn Charts. Walker Books is a leading children's' book publisher. Their authors include Anthony Horowitz, author of the best-selling Alex-Rider series, and Lucy Cousins, Gold Smarties Prize-winning creator of Maisy the mouse. The publisher is interested in seeing the YouWriteOn member's full manuscript.

We wish the writer every success. YouWriteOn's affiliated leading literary agents include the Christopher Little Little Literary Agency, Curtis Brown, Bonomi Associates and Annette Green agency. Each month the Top 5 writers in our charts receive free critiques from editors for publishers, including Bloomsbury and Orion, who publish writers such as JK Rowling and Ian Rankin.

Random House Viewing The YouWriteOn Top Ten Editors, and Ebook Managerial and Marketing Staff from The UK's leading publisher, The Random House Group, will read and comment on the Top Ten each month between April and September this year.

Excellent news - it looks like more and more publishers/agents are using this site as a "first filter". Let's hope they also venture a little further outside the top ten in search of their particular target genre.

Many congratulations to the mystery writer - I hope Walker Books snap you up.
