To resolve the issue, please try the following:

1. Login and logout and then try to access the page you were trying to reach

2. Clear your Internet cookies and then try to access the page you were trying to reach.
   • On the Internet Explorer top menu, select Tools then Internet Options then Delete Cookies and click OK.

   • If in Firefox, select Tools, then select Clear Private Data, then select Cookies and click OK.
